Terms & Conditions

By sipping with us or shopping online, you’re agreeing to the following terms. Simple, fair, and focused on good coffee and good vibes.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept secure payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods offered at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
We pack orders within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) and ship via trusted couriers like AusPost or Sendle.

  • Standard Post: 2–7 business days
  • Express Post: 2–4 business days (remote areas may vary)
  • Click and Collect: Available from our Subiaco Roastery, open Monday – Saturday, 6:30am – 2pm. Orders usually take up to 24 hours to prepare. We’ll email or call you when your order is ready for pickup.

You’ll get tracking info once your order’s on the move.
International orders? Email us at wholesale@lootcoffee.com.au to sort it out.

Subscriptions
Your first subscription charge happens on the day you sign up. You’ll be billed automatically for each delivery after that. Cancel anytime by logging in or emailing us (just give us 3 business days’ notice).

Returns & Refunds
Got a problem? We’re here to fix it.

Return window: 14 days from delivery.
Email wholesale@lootcoffee.com.au with your order details and the reason. We’ll arrange a refund, credit, or replacement.

Conditions:

  • Unused items only (coffee must be unopened)
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition
  • Return shipping is on you (unless we messed up)

If it’s faulty, not what you ordered, or not as described, we’ll cover all return costs and fix it fast.
