How long does fulfilment take?

We pack orders within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) and ship via trusted couriers like AusPost or Sendle.

How fresh is the coffee when it’s shipped?

We roast 4 days a week - and pack the freshest stuff on hand.

Best used between 2 to 6 weeks from roast. Unopened? It’ll hold up great. Cracked it? Enjoy it fast.

  • Standard Post: 2–7 business days
  • Express Post: 2–4 business days (remote areas may vary)


Click and Collect: is available from our Subiaco Roastery which is open Monday – Saturday, 6:30am - 2pm. Usually it will take up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared. We will email or call you when your order is ready for pick up.
You’ll get tracking info once your order’s on the move.

Returns

Got a problem? We’re here to fix it.
Return window: 14 days from delivery.


Email wholesale@lootcoffee.com.au with your order details and the reason. We’ll
arrange a refund, credit, or replacement.
Conditions:

  • Unused items only (coffee must be unopened)
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition
  • Return shipping is on you (unless we messed up)
    If it’s faulty, not what you ordered, or not as described, we’ll cover all return costs
    and fix it fast.
