Zenergi’s First‑Harvest Single Cultivar Saemidori Matcha brings a gentle and refined sweetness. Shade‑grown in the misty hills of Wazuka, Uji, and carefully stone‑milled on a pesticide‑free, women-owned, women-run family farm, this limited‑release matcha is vivid green in colour, soft on the palate, and almost entirely free of bitterness.

We work directly with a trusted, generations‑deep tea farm in Uji, where each leaf is hand‑picked and stone milled utilising traditional methods.
