A creamy, balanced cup grown by hand in the Bolivian highlands ; plum and mandarin wrapped in toffee sweetness. Comforting and easy to love.
Grown by Julio Palli and Lupe Medina on San Bartolomé; their five-hectare farm in Bolivia's Caranavi province, named after Julio's father. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and delivered nightly to Agricafe's Buena Vista mill, where each lot is washed and processed separately for full traceability back to the farm. Proof that small, family-grown coffee can rival anything.
